Strategic Finance Manager / Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Rain, the world’s first AI Financial Health Platform, is seeking a sharp, execution‑oriented finance professional to own its financial infrastructure and guide leadership through complex capital allocation and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Rain’s core financial model for investor reporting, board presentations, budgeting, and cash forecasting.
• Lead budget ownership across the organization, partnering with department heads to track performance, identify variances, and surface risks.
• Own cash forecasting and runway modeling to provide real‑time liquidity visibility.
• Support structuring and monitoring of debt facilities, including covenant compliance and lender communications.
• Collaborate with the COO on strategic projects, investor materials, and operational decision‑making.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for new products, partnerships, and business models.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, M&A advisory, or corporate finance at a top tech company.
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on process improvement.

• Expert‑level Excel financial modeling.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000.
