Store Manager – Retail Leadership at Woodburn Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Woodburn Premium Outlets location. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, managing operations, and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and profit goals.
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a diverse team of associates.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for all customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Passion for Levi’s brand heritage and a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
