Store Manager – Napa Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levis® location at Napa Premium Outlets. You will lead a team, drive sales performance and uphold the brand’s heritage while shaping its future.

Key responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet financial plans through conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and, when needed, terminate store personnel at all levels.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, selling practices and LS&Co. culture, creating succession plans for promotion.
• Manage payroll, labor costs and store scheduling to align with traffic and sales forecasts.
• Oversee inventory receipt, pricing, ticketing and loss‑prevention processes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adapt displays to tell a compelling brand story.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of retail experience.
• Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience, preferably in apparel.
• Positive, helpful demeanor with a passion for the Levi’s brand.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, squatting and ladder climbing.
