Sr. Director - Corporate Business Development

About the role

Lilly is seeking a Senior Director to lead corporate business development initiatives that support the company’s mission of delivering life‑changing medicines. This role is based in San Francisco and is open to a sponsored MBA employee who will graduate by August 2027.

Required profile

• Sponsored MBA Lilly employee currently enrolled in an MBA program with expected graduation by August 2027.
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience prior to business school, ideally in corporate marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrated leadership, and strong learning agility.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and proven collaboration skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Required skills

• Strong analytic capability, including financial modeling.
• Comfort working with large data sets and data‑driven analysis.
