Specialist Lead, Talent Acquisition (Experienced Recruiting)

About the role

The Experienced Hire Recruiter delivers personalized candidate experiences through day-to-day recruitment activities, partnering with Recruiting Managers, sourcing and clients to tailor recruiting strategy to local talent market needs. The role covers full lifecycle recruiting, strategic partnership with business stakeholders and recruitment optimization, and recruiting ends on 11/3/26.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and talent acquisition advisor for internal business stakeholders
• Design and run recruiting strategies using talent market intelligence, data analysis and subject matter expertise
• Share talent supply and demand trends and use reporting to influence decisions on recruitment direction
• Lead and manage recruiting programs and events, and manage requisitions from sourcing through preboarding handoff
• Partner with the sourcing team to find candidates through postings, referrals, events, direct sourcing and professional networks
• Keep hiring teams informed about process and timelines
• Take part in Deloitte-wide Talent Acquisition projects and use approved AI platforms to improve recruitment and candidate experience
• Mentor new team members, maintain accurate candidate and requisition data, and follow job posting and referral review guidelines
• Resolve compliance issues, escalate where needed, and comply with pay equity and wage disclosure requirements

Required profile

• 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience in data-driven decision making and recognizing opportunities for efficiency and process improvement
• Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Preferred: problem-solving and negotiation skills, ability to navigate a matrixed organization and complex processes

Wage range: $88,600-$163,100. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
