Sourcer – US Manufacturing & GTM Sales (Hybrid, Medellín)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a detail‑oriented Sourcer to support US‑based manufacturing, go‑to‑market sales and technical positions. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Medellín office, and focuses on building high‑quality talent pipelines for high‑visibility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage US candidates for manufacturing, GTM sales and technical roles.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of passive talent using LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to translate hiring requirements into effective sourcing plans.
• Craft personalized outreach messages and manage high‑volume candidate engagement.
• Track pipeline activity, ensure ATS accuracy, and report on sourcing performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience, preferably supporting the US market.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing for manufacturing and GTM sales positions.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with US‑based stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Medellín two days per week.
