Solution Architect – Quality (QMS)

About the role

The Solution Architect – Quality (QMS) is a senior, customer‑facing leader who owns the post‑sale journey for Kivo’s pharmaceutical quality customers. The role blends strategic account management with hands‑on implementation in regulated environments, primarily serving U.S. accounts with occasional EU support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of the Kivo platform, including solution design, configuration, validation support, data migration, and go‑live activities.
• Manage a portfolio of North American accounts post‑implementation, driving outcomes, expansion, executive alignment, and overall account health.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years in customer success, implementation or blended services within a life‑sciences SaaS environment (pharma, biotech, med‑device, or CRO).
• Strong domain knowledge of quality processes and regulated requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11) and experience supporting validation deliverables.
