Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

HighKey is seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to support plastic surgeons in building their personal and clinic brands. The intern will work remotely, collaborating with the social media team to develop and execute content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies that boost personal and professional brand visibility for plastic surgeons.
• Coordinate content creation, including briefing videographers, overseeing shoots, and managing post‑production review and approvals.
• Research current trends on major platforms, create viral scripts, and monitor performance data to refine strategies.
• Use HighKey tools such as Basecamp for project management, Notion for documentation, and Hootsuite for scheduling and analytics.

What we offer

• Unpaid internship with 20 hours per week
• Potential transition to a paid Assistant Social Media Manager role within 6 months
• Starting compensation of $18 per hour plus commission after promotion
