Social Media Marketing Assistant

About the role

Join HighKey Agency as a Social Media Marketing Assistant and work directly with Social Media Managers to execute high‑impact content for elite aesthetic brands. This fast‑paced, remote position offers a pathway to senior social media roles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prep viral content scripts for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, supporting client filming sessions.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and tags; engage audiences and help brainstorm reactive content ideas.
• Pull weekly analytics, track KPIs such as reach and engagement, and assist in creating client performance reports.
• Maintain organized workflows in Notion, Basecamp, and Hootsuite, and ensure smooth communication across design, editing, and accounts teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in content marketing, social media, or digital strategy, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage posts, calendars, and performance metrics for real brands.
• Highly organized, detail‑obsessed, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion, Basecamp, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta tools.
• Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Adobe suite) is a plus.
