Social Media Manager

About the role

We are LOVE CORN, a fast‑growing snack brand in the US and UK, looking for a Social Media Manager to make our brand impossible to scroll past and turn curious snackers into lifelong fans.

Key responsibilities

• Run our social presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, while scouting emerging platforms such as Twitch, Snapchat, Pinterest, Discord, Reddit and new launches.
• Maintain a buzzing content calendar with monthly plans, weekly rhythms and reactive trend‑based posts for both US and UK audiences.
• Identify and amplify user‑generated content, turning fans into creators.
• Build a warm, joyful community by replying authentically, running giveaways and fostering conversation.
• Coordinate assets and brief designers and creators across US and UK teams.
• Publish scroll‑stopping content: short‑form videos, carousels, memes, POVs, snack hacks and more.
• Analyze performance data, share weekly/monthly reports and recommend next steps.
• Stay ahead of trends, new audio, formats and channels, adding a LOVE CORN twist to viral moments.

Required profile

• You find fun in everything and are both organized and creative.
• You know platform culture inside‑out, whether from a brand, agency or creator background.
• You excel at juggling content workflows across people, platforms and time zones.
• You thrive in a fast‑moving, hands‑on start‑up environment.
• Bonus: you enjoy filming or editing short‑form content and occasionally appear on camera.
