Social Media & Content Lead – AI Research

About the role

Rhoda AI is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to shape and grow its presence across key platforms. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and leadership to translate cutting‑edge robotics research and product milestones into engaging content for the AI and technology communities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Rhoda’s social media strategy on X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Build audience and maintain a consistent, distinctive voice across AI, robotics, and tech communities.
• Partner with technical teams to turn research results, demos, and milestones into compelling social posts.
• Run social campaigns around releases, launches, conferences, and major announcements.
• Create and coordinate copy, video, graphics, and other multimedia content with internal and external partners.
• Track performance, experiment with formats, and continuously refine strategy based on engagement data.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts with measurable audience growth and engagement.
• Deep understanding of X and LinkedIn, with strong instincts for shareable content.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, able to convey complex technical ideas clearly.
• Strong visual and multimedia sense, especially for short‑form video and technical demos.
• Highly proactive, identifying story opportunities without waiting for finished content.
• Comfortable collaborating with researchers, engineers, executives, and external partners in a fast‑moving startup.
