Demand Generation Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Demand Generation Manager to lead multi‑channel marketing programs for our US office. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, leveraging AI/ML and Generative AI to drive qualified lead acquisition and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise demand‑generation campaigns across email, SEO/SEM, social, webinars, events and ABM.
• Develop buyer personas, industry vertical targeting and AI‑driven workflow automation.
• Collaborate with inside‑sales and field‑sales teams to define MQL/SQL criteria and manage lead scoring.
• Manage campaign budgets, conduct A/B testing and ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.
• Track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost‑per‑lead and ROI, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in demand generation or B2B marketing.
• Proven ability to create and scale multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation and analytics platforms.
