About the role
The Service Technician for the Renaissance at Preston Hollow community is responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors for required repairs.
- Ensure all repairs comply with company policies, safety standards, building codes, and procedural guidelines.
Required profile
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Capability to diagnose mechanical or technical issues and perform repairs.
