Server Assistant (Earn up to $1,000/wk)

About the role

Trivoli Tavern, part of the Hogsalt restaurant group, is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Server Assistant to join its front‑of‑house team. The role focuses on supporting servers, maintaining table settings, and ensuring guests receive prompt, genuine hospitality in a fast‑paced dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and set up all stations before and during service, completing opening duties as needed.
• Assist servers and other FOH staff with table maintenance, including wiping, resetting, water service, and removal of unused items.
• Provide consistent, generous service, creating personal connections with guests.
• Address guest needs promptly and communicate any concerns to leadership.
• Follow safety procedures, especially regarding food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Complete closing side‑work, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
• Execute all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service restaurant.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 lb throughout the shift.
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
