SEO/GEO Manager

About the role

Reducto is looking for an SEO & GEO Lead to own how the platform is discovered across traditional search and AI‑powered answer engines. This high‑ownership individual‑contributor role works across the marketing site, blog, documentation and third‑party surfaces, partnering closely with Growth, Product, Brand and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO/GEO and AI‑driven discovery.
• Lead technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, redirects and site architecture.
• Implement improvements directly in the marketing website codebase and CMS.
• Research, write and optimize technical content that answers developer and buyer questions.
• Define and own measurement dashboards for rankings, traffic, AI citations and share of voice.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth or technical marketing with measurable results.
• Deep technical SEO fluency and comfort making changes in a CMS or codebase.
• Ability to translate search and AI discovery changes into a clear roadmap.
• Experience thriving in fast‑changing, high‑growth environments.
