SEO Specialist

About the role

Drive Social Media is seeking an SEO Specialist to join its Web & Search Team. The role focuses on developing and executing SEO strategies that boost organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise SEO strategies across multiple client sites.
• Conduct keyword research using SEMrush, Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner and Google Search Console.
• Perform on‑page optimisation including metadata, headers, URL structure, internal linking, image alt text, schema markup and content layout.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawlability, indexability, page speed, mobile usability, redirects, broken links and duplicate content.
• Execute local SEO tactics, manage Google Business Profiles and optimise location pages.
• Support link‑building and off‑page initiatives to improve domain authority.
• Upload, format and optimise content across CMS platforms (WordPress, Duda, Wix, Shopify) using SEO plugins.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, BrightLocal and Microsoft Clarity, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, designers and account teams to align SEO priorities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing SEO for multiple websites and CMS environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with technical and creative teams.
