Marketing Coordinator (NYC)

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will join Kung Fu Tea’s Marketing team at the New York City headquarters, working on‑site five days a week. This role translates strategic ideas into actionable campaigns across both in‑store and digital channels, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and in‑store touchpoints.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and asset readiness to guarantee timely launches.
• Deploy campaigns on multiple platforms while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations, tracking assets, timelines, and progress.
• Serve as the primary liaison between creative, digital, operations, product, IT teams, partners, and store owners.
• Maintain organized systems for campaign planning, asset management, and internal communication.
• Oversee setup and distribution of marketing materials to stores and digital channels.
• Ensure all campaign elements align with brand standards and key messaging.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or communications.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, digital, and operational teams.
• Self‑starter who can thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
