Senior Workforce Software Integration Developer

About the role

Next Generation, Inc is looking for an experienced Senior Workforce Software Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex integrations for workforce management systems, including time and attendance, scheduling, payroll, and employee self‑service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations for workforce management software modules.
• Design and implement solutions to streamline data flow between workforce systems and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure integration accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing integrations for performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users on integration usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in workforce software integration development.
• Strong expertise in workforce management systems and their components.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other database technologies.
• Knowledge of workforce management data models and business processes.

• Competitive salary range $100,000 – $130,000 USD base, depending on experience, education, and location.
