About the role

This senior position is responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering high‑impact training and communication initiatives within a fast‑paced professional services environment. You will manage both in‑person and virtual learning programs, ensuring seamless execution while supporting business development activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for in‑person and virtual training events, proactively resolving operational issues.
  • Prepare, distribute and maintain training materials, client specifications, presentations, workbooks and role‑play resources.
  • Oversee external event producers, handling scheduling, training, contracting and performance coordination.
  • Maintain version control, document management and inventory of all training assets.
  • Manage Salesforce data, billing information, contracts, vendor workflows and CRM updates.
  • Support digital learning platforms (e.g., Adobe Connect) including updates, vendor coordination and system maintenance.
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, marketing materials, webinars and website updates.
  • Analyze operational and training data using Excel to produce reports and support decision‑making.

Required profile

  • 4‑7 years of experience in administration, training coordination, communications or operational support.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and proposal writing.
  • Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with a detail‑driven, multi‑project mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – advanced PowerPoint design preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms such as Adobe Connect, Zoom, Webex or Microsoft Teams.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and producing clear reports.
