About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its technology practice in Seattle. The recruiter sources and places technology candidates for clients, builds a steady pipeline of qualified talent, and supports customer service for candidates on contract assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and review technology candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networks and internal databases, and interview them by video, phone or in person on skills, work history and salary expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology talent for current and future clients.
• Select well-matched candidates to fill client orders and keep in touch with candidates on contract assignments, resolving customer service issues quickly.
• Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development, and maintain candidate relationships to gain referrals and new business.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a technology-related field is preferred.
• Proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
• Competitive, self-motivated with a proven track record of success.

What we offer

• Salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, negotiable with experience and location; bonus eligibility based on performance objectives.
