Implementation Consultant (PEO Specialist)

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions, a provider of HR/HCM technology, managed services and global BPO serving over 95,000 businesses, is looking for an Implementation Consultant (PEO implementation specialist). You will act as a subject matter expert in your functional area, oversee client implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new PEO clients and manage full implementation by gathering requirements and configuring PEO solutions
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation, addressing concerns and guiding system configuration and best practices
• Deliver training and guidance to drive adoption of the PEO system
• Troubleshoot technical or process issues and collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll and other teams
• Maintain expertise on industry trends, workflows, complex client scenarios and benefits regulations
• Identify process improvements and attend webinars, seminars and trainings

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, certifications or job training
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Proven experience in implementation, payroll or a related field, with a track record of managing multiple implementation projects
• Knowledge of federal and state benefit administration regulations

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software, specifically PrismHR
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations and compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and attention to detail
