Service Operations Supervisor

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions, a provider of HR technology, managed services and business process outsourcing, is hiring a Service Operations Supervisor. The role manages client relationships, ensures seamless service delivery and supports payroll and tax processes. It covers user setup and training, client retention, and acts as a liaison between clients and internal operations. The position is in-office at the Chandler, AZ or Duluth, GA corporate office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for a group of clients and coordinate user setup and training for web-based payroll, custom reporting and service platforms.
• Facilitate proactive intervention for at-risk clients and manage client accounts with brokers and partners.
• Lead client meetings on escalated issues and recommend annual fee adjustments.
• Guide clients on tax account registration, payroll tax questions and state/federal reporting, and manage payroll tax notices.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing: review processed payrolls, resolve errors, monitor Payroll Specialists and help with calculations and deductions.
• Work with the Quality Control Team on voids and posted payroll errors, and coach Payroll and Service Associates.
• Collaborate with the manager, attend weekly team huddles and provide feedback on team performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM or multistate experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills and education.
• Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment.
