Senior Technology Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technology Consultant to join our fully remote team, supporting small and mid‑size businesses across the United States. The role blends advanced technical work with direct client interaction and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical consultant for assigned client environments, handling both support cases and project work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365, endpoints, identity, security, Azure/cloud, networking, servers and related infrastructure.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to prevent recurring problems and deliver long‑term improvements.
• Lead implementations, migrations, upgrades, security enhancements and infrastructure changes.
• Communicate technical findings, recommendations, risks and next steps clearly to U.S. clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge bases and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional IT/infrastructure experience (10+ years preferred).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
• Broad exposure to endpoint management, identity, security, Azure, networking, servers and cloud platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to research and learn unfamiliar technologies independently.
