Senior Technical Writer – Finance & Compliance Documentation

About the role

AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Technical Writer to support the Office of the CFO. The role focuses on creating, reviewing, and refining finance and compliance documentation with precision and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of project documentation to ensure alignment with financial and regulatory standards.
• Draft, edit, and maintain procedures, policies, workflows, and reports for the CFO’s office.
• Provide strategic guidance on documentation structure and implement best‑practice processes.
• Collaborate with C‑Suite executives and senior stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of technical writing experience, preferably in finance, compliance, or government contracting.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, reporting structures, and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Proven ability to work with executive leadership and handle sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SharePoint
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio
