Senior Tax Associate – International Tax

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Associate to develop expertise in International Tax. Reporting directly to a Tax Partner, you will gain hands‑on experience with cross‑border compliance, planning, and advisory projects while receiving direct mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, estates, and individuals.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure regulatory compliance and identify tax‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain frequent client communication to build long‑term relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate and oversee team members’ work to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to firm procedures, legal requirements, and client specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Participate in internal project teams and firm‑wide initiatives.
• Attend training programs to stay current on industry trends and meet CPE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum three years of public‑accounting experience with a focus on taxation.
• Progress toward CPA certification or Enrolled Agent status.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to manage engagement timelines.
