About the role
We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Technical Training to design, deliver and manage training programs that support our corporate and divisional quality management systems. The role ensures smooth onboarding, maintains training records, and acts as the primary contact for training‑related process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of training requirements aligned with corporate, divisional and local QMS.
- Empower managers and process owners with tools and resources to sustain training responsibilities.
- Represent technical training processes during regulatory audits and provide training records as evidence.
- Facilitate training sessions and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive learner experience.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, manage orientation documentation and maintain training schedules.
- Update training procedures, plans and supporting documentation as needed.
- Troubleshoot LMS and ServiceNow access issues, manage tickets and system requests.
- Review, approve and execute QMS change‑control tasks related to training.
- Collaborate with peers to implement standard processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships with local vendors or institutions for training delivery.
- Support local or geographically focused training initiatives and handle NC/CAPA related to training outcomes.
- Assess training needs with stakeholders, prioritize requirements and translate them into programs.
- Act as escalation point, drive resolution of process or system deviations.
- Generate and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators.
- Perform additional duties and projects to support enterprise priorities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2‑4 years of experience in learning coordination, facilitation or LMS management.
- Experience designing and developing eLearning content preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational, document‑management, project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.
