Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, robust systems and applications. You will mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in architectural discussions and ensure software design aligns with business goals and industry standards.
• Solve complex technical problems, make technology selection decisions, and guide project planning.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Design and implement cloud‑native solutions on Azure and AWS, including AI agent integration.
• Design data systems and overall system architecture, emphasizing microservices and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on designing and building complex, scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and build consensus.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
