Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Americaneagle.com is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join its Digital Marketing team. You will lead organic search initiatives for a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations, and help drive measurable growth through technical SEO expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, on‑site, and off‑site factors.
• Troubleshoot complex SEO challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies for client websites.
• Track performance and generate reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry‑standard tools.
• Translate client digital‑marketing goals into actionable SEO tactics.
• Own the organic growth channel, driving leads and revenue.
• Identify KPIs and continuously improve search rankings.
• Collaborate with production teams to align site architecture with SEO objectives.
• Review prospect metrics to formulate long‑term SEO programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Google Analytics certification and experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Experience using SEO platforms such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Botify, or DeepCrawl.
• Strong understanding of search‑engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best‑practice SEO design.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time‑management and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
