Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist will execute and optimise email and nurture campaigns that engage consumers, brokers, partners and internal audiences throughout their journey. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, the role combines precise execution, strong project management and data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule, test and deploy email campaigns using established templates and brand standards across multiple audiences.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation strategies and maintain contact data quality, database hygiene and CAN‑SPAM compliance.
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, automated nurture programmes, landing pages, lead forms and websites to support campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reporting on key metrics and conduct A/B testing to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders to support campaign execution and serve as a marketing automation resource for internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or marketing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make recommendations.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
