Senior Sales Consultant – Window Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to lead our window solutions business within the contractor segment. You will build and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, and construction professionals to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets in the contractor segment.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential contractor clients, understanding their project needs.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations showcasing our window solutions.
• Provide customized solutions, accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven B2B sales success, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong knowledge of window products, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
