Senior RPO Solutions Architect

About the role

The Senior RPO Solutions Architect designs and develops innovative Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions that help clients overcome complex hiring challenges and meet workforce goals. This role works closely with business development, operations, implementation, and leadership teams to deliver scalable talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable RPO solutions aligned with client hiring objectives and workforce strategies.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, recruiting processes, and hiring needs.
• Develop recruiting delivery models, operational frameworks, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Recommend sourcing approaches, recruitment marketing solutions, and candidate attraction strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend recruiting technologies and process improvements.
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and solution documentation.
• Partner with implementation and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategy, recruiting operations, and RPO best practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in RPO, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or workforce solutions.
• Strong experience leading large‑scale RPO programs within North America.
• Expertise in process design, improvement, and operational excellence.
• Understanding of recruiting delivery models, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategy.
• Proven ability to solve complex business challenges and develop practical workforce solutions.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer

• Base compensation range: $160,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and overall fit.
