Senior Regional/District Manager – Multi‑Store Retail Operations & New Store Openings

About the role

We are seeking experienced field‑based retail leaders to drive performance across a growing national beauty and specialty retail brand. You will coach store managers, oversee multiple locations, and lead new store openings nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple store locations, managing sales, KPIs, P&L, inventory, merchandising and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop store managers and teams, fostering a customer‑first culture.
• Own end‑to‑end new store openings, including staffing, training, launch support and post‑opening stabilization.
• Travel extensively across the United States to conduct store visits, audits and support new sites.

Required profile

• 3+ years of district‑level retail management or 8+ years of regional‑level leadership.
• Experience in cosmetic/beauty or specialty retail preferred.
• Proven track record of opening new stores and training store teams.
• Willingness to travel heavily nationwide.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑building abilities.
• Data‑driven decision making with comfort in retail KPIs, P&L, scheduling and labor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
