Senior Regional Sales Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead a field team that builds referral partnerships with medical practices across the Western United States. The role involves coaching Account Executives, driving provider behavior change, and ensuring active practice engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives working inside outpatient medical practices.
• Travel ~50% of the time to conduct field visits, team ride‑alongs, and practice activation support.
• Shift provider perspective on mental health as a clinical responsibility and secure active referral partnerships.

Required profile

• 7+ years of field sales experience selling to outpatient medical practices.
• 3+ years of direct people management with at least three direct reports in a field sales environment.
• Residency in a Pacific or Mountain time‑zone state and ability to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with in‑person sales tactics in clinical settings.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM at a management level.
