About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its Technology practice in Midtown, New York. The recruiter sources and places Technology candidates for clients, maintains a steady pipeline of talent, and develops new business.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and review Technology candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networks and internal databases
• Interview candidates by video, phone and in person to assess skills, work history and salary expectations
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Technology talent for current and future clients
• Select well-matched candidates for client orders and keep in touch with professionals on contract assignments
• Resolve customer service issues quickly to keep client satisfaction high
• Generate leads and market intelligence, and maintain candidate relationships to gain referrals and new business
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a Technology-related field is preferred
• Proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, urgent environment
• Competitive, self-motivated with a proven track record of success

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, negotiable on experience and location, with a performance-based bonus
