Recruiting Manager (Technology) - Midtown

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Technology) in Midtown, New York. The role combines business development with the recruitment and placement of technology professionals in full-time positions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place technology professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local technology community

Required profile

• A business-related degree, ideally in Technology (a plus)
• More than 2 years of experience in technology and/or successful permanent-placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
• Bonus eligibility based on achievement of performance objectives
