Senior Recruiter for Pediatric Therapy (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Recruiter will lead talent acquisition for pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions, building pipelines for specialized professionals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment expectations for OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, mental health, and other therapy roles.
• Source, screen, interview, engage candidates, and manage offers while providing a positive candidate experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing tactics and maintain qualified pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and adjust strategies.
• Represent the Kelly brand at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR experience.
• Direct recruiting experience in education, therapy, or related fields.
• Proven ability to fill specialized, hard‑to‑fill professional positions.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment on Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Base salary $70,000‑$85,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
