Senior Project Manager

About the role

Speedwell Construction seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile commercial construction projects from contract award through final completion, while mentoring project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects, overseeing pre‑construction planning, buyout, scheduling, budgeting and execution.
• Manage project financial performance, billing, forecasting and change management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and partner with Superintendents for field execution.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Champion safety culture and mentor Project Managers, Engineers and Administrators.

Required profile

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including $70M+ projects.
• Experience with multi‑story hotels, apartment communities, precast and post‑tension concrete structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts and financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience using construction management software.
