Senior Project Manager

About the role

RapDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its ServiceNow team to own end‑to‑end engagements, from statement of work creation to delivery, working closely with sales, engineers and customer stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Organize technology programs, projects and activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and manage long‑term goals based on expanding customer requirements.
• Develop vision, roadmap and operating plan for programs with leadership.
• Write project plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Manage a diverse engineering team and ensure targets for customer satisfaction, quality and performance are met.
• Implement changes and interventions to achieve project goals.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders about project issues and decisions.
• Produce accurate, timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle.
• Analyze risks and issues and work on strategy with the sales team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience in a client‑facing role.
• Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Strong customer focus and understanding of project delivery methodologies.
