Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager at Billion Dollar Boy leads the end‑to‑end delivery of social‑first influencer and creator marketing campaigns. Working closely with Client Services, Strategy, Creative and other cross‑functional teams, they ensure projects are strategically planned, executed flawlessly, and delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex influencer and creator marketing campaigns from initiation to launch.
• Establish project governance, success metrics and detailed project plans.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Paid Media, Production and external partners.
• Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client objectives.
• Manage financial health of projects, including budgets, burn rates, forecasting and profitability.
• Partner with Operations to allocate resources, monitor utilization and plan capacity.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners, providing status updates and facilitating governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary marketing projects from start to finish.
• Strong ability to align stakeholders, anticipate challenges and remove blockers.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and financial performance.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and improving project management processes.
