Senior Product Partnerships Manager

About the role

Ramp is looking for a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to own the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal and GTM teams to source, negotiate, launch and scale integrations that expand Ramp’s product surface area.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end partnership deals: source, qualify, negotiate commercial and legal terms, structure integration with Product and Engineering, launch and scale.
• Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities and work side‑by‑side with engineering to scope technical work.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms including pricing, revenue share, multi‑year structures and data/IP rights.
• Quarterback launches across Marketing, Sales and Solutions to ensure customer adoption.
• Build durable relationships with senior counterparts at partner organizations and run formal cadences (QBRs, exec syncs).

Required profile

• 7+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships or Product Management with a track record of owning deals from sourcing through launch.
• Experience structuring and closing partnerships that require real product and engineering work, not just reseller motions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and picking partners in emerging categories.

Required skills

• Strong fluency with API‑based integrations and ability to scope technical work with engineers.
• Expertise in negotiating complex commercial terms, pricing, revenue share and data governance.
