Senior Product Marketing Manager - New Products

About the role

Ramp is building new products that reshape finance team operations. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will work closely with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using market insight to define audience, shape the product, craft the story, and drive commercialization and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product strategy early by bringing customer, market and competitive evidence into roadmap decisions.
• Define the ideal customer profile, buyer personas, jobs‑to‑be‑done and reasons for switching.
• Own the product narrative, positioning, messaging and competitive story.
• Design and execute a zero‑to‑one go‑to‑market plan, including audience, channel, pricing and launch sequence.
• Lead end‑to‑end launches, coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications and Support.
• Build commercialization programs that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retention and revenue.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B software product marketing, product management, growth or related GTM experience with ownership of product or business outcomes.
• Proven zero‑to‑one experience launching new products or categories from discovery through adoption.
• Strong customer instincts, technical fluency and ability to influence senior partners without formal authority.
• High agency, comfort with ambiguity and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.

Required skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication for crafting narratives and sales stories.
• Data literacy to define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline and revenue metrics.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, content development and workflow automation.
