Senior Product Manager

About the role

Drips is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑first product initiatives. This individual contributor reports to the VP of Product & Engineering and works across Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Data Analytics, and AI/ML in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for multiple initiatives, from discovery through go‑live, including writing detailed PRDs and functional specs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to define, validate, and ship features, especially LLM‑based capabilities.
• Query and evaluate data directly to inform decisions, present roadmap updates to executive leadership, and maintain a predictable delivery cadence.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record of shipping products, not just planning, with hands‑on experience in AI/ML, conversational AI, or NLP.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional work in a fully remote, distributed organization.

Required skills

• API and integration fluency.
• SQL proficiency for independent data analysis.
• Experience with AI tooling and LLM‑based product features.
