Senior Product Manager - Campaign Manager

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its Campaign Manager solution on the Vault CRM platform. You will shape the product vision, define the roadmap, and work closely with engineering to deliver a world‑class marketing automation offering for life‑sciences customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of new commercial solutions, building a better CRM on the Vault Platform that includes Campaign Manager.
• Define product priorities and roadmap by synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, sales, services, and engineering.
• Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product development teams to design and deliver capabilities that meet market requirements.
• Evangelize the product and serve as a subject‑matter expert for internal audiences, external customers, and market‑facing communications.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, operations, and other departments to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.
• Own feature delivery, ensuring high quality, on‑time releases that delight customers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in the Marketing Automation software industry.
• Proven ability to research and translate customer and market requirements into short‑ and long‑term product roadmaps.
• Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment.
• Strong track record of writing detailed user stories, managing feature backlogs, and collaborating with engineering and QA.
• Excellent communication skills, professional ethics, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
