Senior Product Manager, Compass Platform

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead data quality and feature development for the Compass Platform, a centralized repository of de‑identified healthcare claims data.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end productization of data quality features, from design specs to Jira story management.
• Design and implement capabilities to measure, clean, enrich, and monitor data quality across billions of records.
• Prioritize the data‑quality roadmap, manage backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering and QA.
• Collaborate with internal customers, analytics, data science, and health‑data teams to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Support release planning to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on product management, technical services, engineering or analytics experience.
• Proven experience working with prescription and medical claims data.
• Experience building and maintaining big‑data systems, including schemas, reference tables, transformations and quality checks.
• Strong ability to investigate data issues using visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL.
