Senior Product Manager – Advanced Materials – Expanded Beam Optics

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager – Advanced Materials, you will own the expanded beam optics (EBO) product lifecycle, translating strategy into profitable market performance and driving next‑generation platforms for co‑packaged optics and high‑power optical interconnect applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the advanced materials EBO product lifecycle and deliver profitable, sustainable in‑market performance.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap delivery, feature prioritization, and business‑case development for next‑generation platforms.
• Translate voice of customer into product requirements, specifications, architecture choices, and development priorities.
• Guide qualification, launch, sales enablement, and customer qualification planning.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, pricing strategies, and portfolio recommendations using financial analysis and market insight.
• Coordinate across R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial teams, customers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or marketing field.
• At least five years of product management, product development, or technical marketing experience in optical interconnects, photonics, semiconductors, or related data‑center hardware.
• Five years of experience managing products through NPI or Stage‑Gate processes from concept to volume production.
• Strong communication, financial acumen, decision quality, agility, and stakeholder‑management skills.
