Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst to maintain and enhance a production PeopleSoft environment while leading the integration of new modules. The role blends functional‑technical integration, application support, and PeopleSoft development across HCM, Payroll, Financials and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft HR, Benefits and Payroll modules, troubleshooting application, data and process issues.
• Lead integration of new PeopleSoft modules such as Time and Labor, eProcurement, Budget and Financials, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQRs, and integration/reporting solutions.
• Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches and fixes, coordinating testing and implementation activities.
• Offer Oracle DBA support, including performance tuning, troubleshooting and system stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of full‑time experience as a PeopleSoft Integration and Support Analyst.
• Strong initiative, accountability and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $90 to $130 per hour, based on experience and education.
