Senior Partner Relationship Manager, NetSuite Ecosystem

About the role

Charted, Inc. is seeking a senior individual contributor to own and grow a portfolio of NetSuite implementation and consulting partners. This role focuses on building deep, revenue‑generating relationships rather than quota‑carrying sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a named portfolio of NetSuite partners across tier levels, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, tier progression, joint pipeline, and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive partner‑sourced pipeline, ensure clean attribution data, and co‑sell with NetSuite account executives and solution consultants.
• Develop relationships with accounting advisory firms, private‑equity channels, and outsourced delivery partners to expand the ecosystem.
• Provide field intelligence on product gaps, competitive moves, and pricing friction to internal teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years in partnerships, channel, or alliances at a B2B SaaS company, with revenue‑carrying partner experience.
• Direct experience in an ERP ecosystem, preferably NetSuite.
• Proven track record of building partner‑sourced pipeline from scratch.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting workflows.
• Experience negotiating partner agreements and margin structures with senior executives.
