Senior Paid Search Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to lead day‑to‑day execution of its large‑scale paid search program across therapy and psychiatry services. Reporting to the Director of Patient Performance Marketing, you will optimize campaigns to drive patient starts and lifetime value, directly impacting access to mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual paid search budget across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Develop and execute value‑based bidding strategies (tROAS, Smart Bidding value rules) focused on patient lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Brand teams to build technically sophisticated, mission‑aligned campaigns.
• Monitor performance using LTV‑based frameworks and adjust audience segmentation and automated rules.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid search experience at significant scale.
• Deep practical expertise in value‑based bidding and LTV‑focused performance measurement.
• Strong analytical foundation and ability to work with BI tools such as Looker.
