Senior Paid Media Manager (Search & Social)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our small, highly technical, fully remote digital media agency. You will develop strategy, manage paid media campaigns, analyze performance, and communicate directly with clients while staying hands‑on inside advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Allocate budgets based on performance and business objectives.
• Analyze data to recommend investment shifts and improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and conversion volume.
• Build, launch, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns directly within ad platforms.
• Create and maintain reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Communicate performance, recommendations, and strategy to clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in paid search and paid social.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to make strategic budget decisions.
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, low‑bureaucracy environment.
