Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to work remotely on a large federal government healthcare modernization project. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365.
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, manage deployments, and provide ongoing maintenance and performance tuning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and development.
• JavaScript, C#.NET.
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• API development, web services, and enterprise integration.
